Dr. Michele Wright, NOAACF Co-Founder joins BioMarin Patient Advocacy Policy Initiative (PAPI) Committee
NOAACF Co-Founder and Board Chair, Michele Wright, Ph.D. was invited by BioMarin – a pharmaceutical company focused on rare disorders – to serve on their newly initiated Patient Advocacy Policy Initiative (PAPI) committee, which is comprised of a select group of experienced patient advocates committed to listening to priorities of the patient community and finding ways to enhance collaboration to bring about changes in U.S. federal and state policies affecting access to treatments for people living with rare disorders.
